Inhale the future, exhale the past

When we learn to let go of what no longer serves our well-being, we create space within ourselves for what is truly important and valuable
About me

Hi, Im Mara Nordio

certified in Hatha Yoga, with a deep passion for sharing the transformative benefits of this practice

My journey with yoga began over 5 years ago. At first, it was a way to keep my body in great shape: I noticed how I became more flexible, toned, and resilient. But very quickly, yoga became much more than just a physical practice for me — it turned into my source of restoration and inner harmony.

Fequently asked questions

Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice aimed at balancing the "sun" (Ha) and "moon" (Tha) energies in the body. This practice includes Asanas (physical postures), Pranayama (breath control), and Dhyana (meditation), which help strengthen the body, calm the mind, and increase mindfulness.

No, Hatha Yoga is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience. Beginners can start with basic postures and breathing techniques. I tailor each class to match the experience level and physical abilities of every student.

Regular practice improves physical strength, flexibility, mental balance, and reduces stress. Yoga also helps develop mindfulness, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being.

You will need comfortable clothing and a yoga mat for the class. You can also bring a blanket or meditation cushion if you feel the need.

Through Asanas, Pranayama, and meditation, yoga relaxes the body and calms the mind. Mindful breathing and meditation help manage stress, improving your emotional state and mental clarity.

Practicing 2-3 times a week will help you experience physical and mental improvements. Even a short daily practice can bring positive results in terms of mindfulness and focus

Yes, classes can be adapted to any physical limitations. I always take into account the health conditions of each student and offer safe alternatives for poses.
